Planning maintenance and overhauls at the relevant intervals is essential when engine down time is to be kept to a minimum. KMS can provide customers with assistance in planning their maintenance periods with technical support and spare parts requirements.
We offer a wide range of engineering services from regular maintenance support to major engine overhauls including complete dismantle, overhaul, repair & engine rebuild.
KMS is a dynamic and versatile organisation and is structured to ensure we can offer the most flexible services to suit our customer’s needs. Depending on our customers’ requirements and our expert advice, engine overhauls can be completed in-situ or at our workshops based in Hull, East Yorkshire. We also offer a hybrid option involving a combination of both.
If working on-site or in dry dock we provide our customers with the necessary specialist tooling and resources to complete the jobs safely, to OEM standard and on time.
Following completion of the maintenance and overhaul our engineers will carry out engine trials and sea trial where necessary. All our work is fully documented and credited with our ISO 9001:2015 standard. A comprehensive work report is issued upon completion.
